WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• plastic tub (dish tub) or large bowl

• warm or cool water (depending on what’s desired)

• Optional: Epsom or sea salts, or mild liquid soap; essential oils (in these recipes, number of drops are for kids’ footbaths), herbs, spices, or flowers

• bare feet!

RELAXING FOOTBATH

•  gallon warm water

•  drops each lavender and rose essential oils, or fresh catnip leaves

•  cup Epsom salts

REFRESHING FOOTBATH

•  gallon cool or lukewarm water

•  drops each rosemary, peppermint, lemon balm essential oils

•  cup Epsom salts
